重要提醒： 診所位於 2 樓，館內無電梯設施（位於 Spirit of Math 建築內，抵達時如果門上鎖，請按對講機開門）。

  • 大眾運輸： 從 Spadina TTC 地鐵站的 Walmer 出口步行僅需 3 分鐘（約 180 公尺）。

  • 附設停車位： 建築後方可提供 1 個停車位（不一定有位子視當天狀況而定）。

物理治療收費

診所:

  • 初診 60 分鐘: $150 CAD

  • 複診 30 分鐘: $90 CAD

  • 複診 45 分鐘: $120 CAD

  • 複診 60 分鐘: $150 CAD

居家:

  • 本服務專為出門不便或有特殊訓練需求的個案提供。服務費用將依據您的實際居住地點與診所間的距離、車程進行調整（車馬費另計）。

保險與付款說明（Insurance & Payment）

如果你的保險公司有提供保險直付（Direct Billing)，我都可以幫你報！但是保險公司的系統偶爾會發生斷線或維護的情況，因此現場不一定能百分之百保證成功進行直付。

如果無法順利完成線上保險理賠，就需要麻煩你先付費，我再提供您收據與明細，讓你給你的保險公司申請理賠給付。
