Your first session includes a comprehensive assessment of your injury history, movement patterns, strength, mobility, and goals. I typically begin treatment right away so we can start making progress from day one.

The clinic is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. Unfortunately, the building does not currently have an elevator.
If you have mobility concerns or would prefer treatment at home, please feel free to contact me to discuss the possibility of arranging a home visit.

Parking Information One complimentary parking spot is available for clients behind the building (Spirit of Math/Sleep Country). To access the lot, turn south onto Major St and then right into Leah Cohen Ln. Please notify me in advance if you plan to use this space so I can provide further instructions.
Additional parking is available nearby at the Metro (425 Bloor St W) via Robert St, which is complimentary with a store purchase.

In most cases, no. You can book directly without a referral. However, some insurance plans may require one for reimbursement.

Most extended health benefit plans cover physiotherapy. Check with your provider for details about your specific plan.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and gives access to the area we’ll be assessing or treating.
The more I can see, the better I can assess your movement — so try to avoid loose or baggy clothing. Fitted athletic wear (such as a tank top, sports bra, or shorts) is ideal.
If you’re unsure, wear something you’d normally train in.

Of course! While I specialize in pole and artistic athletes, I’ve been helping people of all backgrounds for the past five years. I especially enjoy working with seniors, as well as anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, or reach a specific goal.
